Shipping Policy:

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

 

Must know: 

The fabric of the cosplay costume is much more complex than ordinary clothing, there are many prints on the fabric ,therefore they are not  as durable as normal clothing.

Due to the long distance transportation, the clothes may be wrinkled and uneven. After you receive it, you may need some  ironing treatment. Clothes will soon be restored to flat ~

When you receive the package, please check If you receive your order completely. If there is something missing or damaged, please send us a mail to service@dodococos.com with your order number and issue and our customer service team will take care of it as soon as possible. 

(The customer must email us within 14 days after the package delivered successfully.

Returns Policy:

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order arrived , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.(You can have a try,but please keep the costume clean and complete )

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

1: If you return part of the costumes, the payment cannot be refunded.
2: Worn, used or altered items cannot be returned.
3: undergarments, socks and stocking cannot be returned.
4: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume       shoes, etc cannot be returned.
5: Wigs, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair accessories, with attached hair cannot be returned.
6: Unauthorized refusal packages will be charged total cost on the order as returning shipping fee. This makes sense in the case that you forget to sign the package and the parcel is returned back to us. Also, you have to pay for the new shipping fee if you would like to receive again.

7. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Shipping cost:  

1. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. We accept returning for exchange or refund within 14l days after you receive our products, if the size is not fit. But you should afford the returning shipping fee by yourself. So please take care of choose size and refer to our size chart. The payment of the products can be fully refunded when we received the new completed item with tag.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
